How long does shipping take: Our depot is located in Manurewa, Auckland in the North Island and standard shipping times are between 2 - 4 days to most places in the North Island. This means that if you are in the South Island or if you have a rural address your timeframes will fall outside of these estimates.*

Tracking will be sent to customers as soon as your order has been collected by the courier driver. Please remember that an order fulfillment email does not mean that your parcel has been shipped, this means that your order has been received and packed. 

Shipping is during weekdays only.

Aussie shipping: We are told it can take up to 10 working days so please allow for this as well as delays due to natural disasters which seem to be happening more frequently.

*During peak periods and public holidays i.e Christmas there may be delays with delivery due to courier companies. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands. We do advise that during these peak periods, you order with this in mind.

Can I wash my playmat in the washing machine: We want your playmat to last for as long as possible so we recommend you hand wash lightly with baby wipes or warm water and a cloth. If this does not do the trick, place in washing machine and choose the kindest cycle i.e hand wash or baby wash. We also recommend that you do not place your playmat in a dryer - air dry only!

Can I get a refund if I change my mind: We do hope this does not happen but if you do change your mind, we can offer you a store credit.

When will you have more products: We are always working on new PELE products - Good things take time! Make sure you subscribe to get pre-launch access and are the first to know of what is happening. Don't forget to follow our socials too.

Where do your designs come from: We love to support our people so our designs are always created by Polynesian artists. 

Do you have a physical store: Not at the moment but we have stockists around NZ and overseas who can help you get your PELE fix.

Do you ship to USA: Yes we do! We also ship to UK & France and are working on shipping to the islands.
