Return Policy
Here at PELE we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request either an exchange or a store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase and your order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at pelebabies@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our PELE address, at your own cost. This is based on a change of mind return only, if an item is defective in any way we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Damages and issues - We hope this does not happen!
Please inspect your order upon receipt of your item/s and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is defective or damaged or you have received the wrong item PELE will organize a return courier at our own cost and you can choose whether a refund or another item is sent to you.
PELE Exceptions / non-returnable items
There are a few occasions where we will be unable to offer you a refund or a store credit. These are listed below:
- The PELE item purchased has been used i.e dirty and/or wear and tear is noticeable
- Your item was purchased more than 14 days before your return has been requested
- Your item was purchased as a sale/clearance item

PELE Refunds
At this stage we will not be doing refunds as we are a new operating business, However, we will give store credit or send a replacement item if anything you received was damaged or faulty in any way.
