Shipping policy

Our depot is located in the North Island and standard shipping times are between 3-5 days to most places in the North Island. This means that if you are in the South Island or you have a Rural address your timeframes will fall outside of these estimates.*

Tracking will be sent to customers as soon as the order has left our hands and will be updated once the courier driver has picked up and scanned your order. Please remember that a confirmation email does not mean that your parcel has been shipped, this means that your order has been received and confirmed and is processing.

*During peak periods i.e Christmas, there may be delays with delivery due to courier companies. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands. We do advise that during these peak periods, you order with this in mind.
